It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Breeders' Cup mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.

Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships The Breeders' Cup World Thoroughbred Championships is one of the biggest horse-racing days in the world and with US$14 million on offer in purses and awards, it is also the richest. This year it is being held at Belmont Park in Queens, New York City.
The culmination of the racing season and largely determining the sport's year-end champions, the Breeders' Cup races were first run in 1984 and have since become the biggest day of international racing in the States. National pride is at stake as top thoroughbred horses from all over the world compete in a variety of different classes. Aside from the Classic, the other races are the Juvenile and the Juvenile Fillies, the Sprint, the Mile, the Turf, the Distaff and the Filly & Mare Turf for females aged three and above.…...more!
